Open Registry by going to Start then Run and Enter regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Main.
In right hand panel look for string “Window Title” and change its value to whatever custom text you want to see.
If you have some text like “Total It Solution” this means a virus has affected ur registry so delete the window title registry value. to remove “Total It Solution” from IE Title Bar..

Hey i did what u said. but the thing is once i delete the file. Total It Solutions comes back once i close internet explorer. the file seems to come back as well.
Any other thing that i should do???

This means that your computer still has “Total It solution” virus which attack registry again and again. you should first scan your computer completely with Kaspersky or Avast.
They will remove the virus. Than delete the registry value “window Title” and restart your system.
Your problem will be solved.
